Inventory Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory counts and perform cycle counts using RF units
• Research and resolve inventory, shipping, and receiving discrepancies
• Manage product rotations, recalls, and expired products according to company policy
• Process customer returns, including checking, breaking down, and returning items to inventory
• Assemble, pack, and ship manufacturer and vendor returns
• Verify freight accuracy and inspect for damage or infestation
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and move stock as required
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security, safety, and cleanliness

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant warehouse or inventory experience
• Experience operating a reach lift and order picker
• Proficiency using RF units
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Mandatory overtime required)
