Inventory Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Administer the inventory cycle count program to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile cycle count discrepancies and resolve inventory problems promptly
• Create, update, execute, and analyze inventory cycle count reports
• Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts to verify quantities and maintain stock levels
• Document and adjust discrepancies within the ERP system
• Account for materials distributed in the company ERP system
• Prioritize data entry activities and provide leadership to data entry associates as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or a related field
• Experience with cycle counting, picking, and posting
• Experience working with MRP/ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
