Inventory Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records
• Update inventory data in the ERP system
• Monitor material movement and ensure proper storage and labeling
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams
• Assist with root cause analysis for inventory errors
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, materials handling, or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience
• Forklift certification
• Certifications in inventory control or supply chain
