Inventory Control Clerk

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of critical digital tools for the Refinish ColorIT Distribution Team.
• Maintain target stocking levels by translating sales forecasts into purchase orders for warehouse replenishment.
• Collaborate frequently with Customer Service, ColorIT Helpdesk, and external vendors.
• Participate in monthly hardware planning meetings to maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Communicate with vendors regarding PO delivery dates, quality issues, and forecast changes.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper transactions and performing monthly cycle counts.
• Manage 100% of shipping for customer orders.
• Cross-train to provide backup for warehousing, shipping, and computer bench functions.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of proven experience in shipping, logistics, inventory control, customer service, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of lookups, pivot tables, and conditional formulas.
• Experience working with Oracle.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
