Inventory Control Clerk

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders
• Ensure inventory entries and adjustments are accurately reflected in the warehouse management system
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and maintain detailed inventory records
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system data as necessary
• Follow established procedures to adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged products
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Willingness to learn new equipment and work overtime as needed
• Six months of warehousing and inventory experience preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or ability to complete training within the first 30 days preferred
