Inventory Control Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage medication inventory within a Central Fill pharmacy to ensure product accuracy and availability
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory and stock shelves with medications and supplies
• Perform order picking, case cutting, and product handling for order fulfillment
• Process returns, including damaged, expired, and recalled items
• Complete cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate records
• Prepare and process shipments to and from the distribution center
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a compliant work area

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or stock handling
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or Central Fill operations
• Familiarity with inventory control processes such as cycle counting and reconciliation
• Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
