Inventory Control Associate

Responsibilities

• Own and execute daily/weekly inventory reconciliations between internal ERP/WMS systems and third-party warehouse reports
• Investigate, root-cause, and resolve complex inventory discrepancies
• Partner with 3PLs to enforce First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) compliance and manage batch/lot codes to minimize spoilage
• Build, maintain, and automate inventory dashboards, SLOB reports, and operational KPIs
• Champion automation initiatives to streamline data flows and reduce manual entry
• Plan and track specialized warehouse projects, including kitting and retail displays
• Analyze inventory holding patterns to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, and Customer Experience teams to scale logistics infrastructure

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in CPG operations, data analysis, or inventory control
• Strong experience working directly with 3PL networks
• High-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including dynamic formulas and complex pivot tables
• Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS platforms
• Experience with automation/ETL tools such as Parabola, Alteryx, or Zapier
• Strong project management skills for handling retail kitting and warehouse projects
• Ability to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY, 4 days per week
