Inventory Control Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct preparation of picked pallets to guarantee record accuracy and monitor picking errors and productivity.
• Manage the GRR process for sending containers, pallets, and racks to plants and buffer warehouses.
• Maintain the operability of CK3 equipment to ensure continuous warehouse processes.
• Generate, print, and read labels for maquila to identify pallets for sale.
• Oversee the reception and correct organization of warehouse stock following FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
• Manage physical market returns, including containers and customer returns, to prevent unsupported losses.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Accounting, Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in warehouse inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically basic to intermediate Excel.
• Availability to work rotating afternoon and night shifts at the Villa el Salvador site.
• Ability to balance tasks between office work and operational warehouse duties (50/50 split).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge using SAP.
