Inventory Control and Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee replenishment activities and pick location stock validation
• Manage slotting optimization and 5S implementation initiatives
• Develop and execute the Cycle Count Program and Wall-to-Wall Inventory activities
• Perform system reconciliations between physical inventory and WMS records
• Track KPIs related to inventory accuracy, replenishment, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and warehouse safety standards
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates on inventory processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of warehouse or fulfillment center experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, and handheld Android devices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
