Inventory Control and Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, count, and record incoming materials and products
• Perform routine cycle counts and report discrepancies to supervisor
• Store materials in designated locations following company procedures
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment or production use
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in manual logs or electronic systems
• Label and organize inventory according to established guidelines
• Safely operate basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or a related field
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as required
• Ability to follow established guidelines and work under close supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management or warehouse software
• Certification in forklift or material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
