About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations, including material handling and receiving schedules.
  • Ensure all inbound materials are receipted properly and in compliance with vendor packaging and shipping standards.
  • Verify documentation for inbound purchased materials and provide necessary records to the Finance Department.
  • Investigate put-away errors and recommend process improvements or corrective actions.
  • Trace and expedite inbound and outbound shipments with various carriers, including preparing claims for damages or shortages.
  • Use WMS and TOLAS systems to ensure outbound shipments are picked, packed, and shipped on schedule.
  • Maintain record integrity by performing regular inventory checks and conducting root cause analysis on discrepancies.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and maintain various financial subsystems.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience driving Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
