Inventory Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory analysis for cost variances, research, and coordinate necessary corrections
• Execute general accounting functions related to inventory month-end close and account reconciliations
• Review and report on location cycle count documentation and adherence to inventory policies
• Observe cycle counts and participate in wall-to-wall inventory counts
• Provide financial and cost analysis to support operational decisions
• Prepare inventory-related documentation for audits
• Communicate inventory issues across all levels of the organization to foster resolutions

Requirements

• Solid understanding of purchasing, production, and sales order processes within D365
• Proven ability to perform inventory cost variance analysis and research
• Experience with general accounting functions and reconciliations
• Ability to manage cycle count documentation and auditing processes
• Strong financial and cost analysis skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
