Inventory Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counting in primary and secondary locations to ensure facility-wide inventory accuracy
• Identify, research, and correct inventory balance errors following established procedures
• Conduct daily location audits and verify the accuracy of primary and secondary storage locations
• Develop and manage locations for new products, including establishing weight and cube information
• Analyze supply and demand data to optimize product placement and stockroom efficiency
• Search for lost products and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies
• Identify and quarantine suspect products for determination of return to stock or supplier
• Maintain accurate Item Master and Item Balance records for manufactured items

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy
• Ability to lift and move materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
