Inventory Clerk

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records using management software
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory for disposal or clearance
• Coordinate with other departments for timely receipt and delivery of goods
• Prepare inventory reports including stock levels and ordering trends
• Perform physical inventory counts and audits
• Ensure inventory storage areas remain clean, organized, and secure

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
• Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and/or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in inventory management or logistics
• Fluency in English and Spanish
