Inventory Clerk II

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming inventory and supplies
• Verify and maintain accurate records of incoming shipments
• Stock shelves and automated machines while ensuring products are placed in correct racking positions
• Unload deliveries and put away stock in a timely manner
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare reports on inventory levels and stock movements
• Update the inventory database using RF scanners
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area
• Notify the Inventory Manager of any shortages or inconsistencies
• Dispose of obsolete inventory as directed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–2 years of work experience
• Proficiency with RF scanners
• Strong inventory reconciliation and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and bend for long periods in a warehouse environment
• Ability to read inventory lists and tags

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in inventory management or a related warehouse field
• Experience operating a pallet jack
