Inventory Attorney

Responsibilities

• Translate litigation requirements into operational activities, strategies, and priorities
• Maintain deadline controls across case inventory and ensure escalation protocols are followed
• Drive filing readiness by ensuring documentation supports timely filing decisions
• Manage client expectations and respond to inquiries to deliver a high-quality client experience
• Coordinate and assign tasks to paralegals and case managers
• Oversee court rules, order compliance, filing protocols, and service processes
• Manage post-filing litigation requirements including pleadings, motion practice, and discovery
• Oversee discovery workflow execution and compliance
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop efficient litigation support workflows
• Mentor, train, and provide guidance to legal support staff

Requirements

• JD degree required
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting litigation matters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong understanding of federal and state litigation procedures
• Ability to manage complex litigation across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Substantial experience with complex litigation
• Experience mentoring and supervising others
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify
