Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound products, ensuring all deliveries are accurate and meet quality and safety standards
• Verify product integrity against POs and BOLs, maintaining receiving logs and FSQA documentation
• Receive products via RF scanner and ensure proper daily storage and slotting in the warehouse
• Optimize pallet configuration and warehouse space to maximize storage efficiency
• Maintain warehouse organization and equipment readiness, including forklifts and floor scrubbers
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify procurement and production of any shortages or damages
• Support production tasks and facility maintenance projects as needed

Requirements

• Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Forklift Certification or willingness to undergo certification training
• Food Handlers certification
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move intermittently during 8+ hour shifts
• Comfort working in various temperature environments, including kitchens, coolers, and freezers
