Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound products, ensuring all deliveries are accurate and meet quality and safety standards
• Verify received products against purchase orders and bills of lading, flagging any integrity issues to the FSQA team
• Maintain receiving logs and complete necessary FSQA documentation regarding temperatures and quantities
• Transfer and slot products into correct warehouse locations using RF scanners and WMS software
• Optimize pallet configuration and warehouse space to maximize storage efficiency
• Maintain warehouse organization and ensure equipment like forklifts and floor scrubbers are functional and charged
• Support production tasks during low-volume receiving periods and assist with facility maintenance projects

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in a complex inventory environment
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners
• Strong cycle counting skills
• Experience operating a forklift (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and move intermittently during 8+ hour shifts
• Ability to work in temperature extremes ranging from -10°F to 70°F

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production environments
• Existing MHE or Forklift certification
• Current Food Handlers certification
