Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Navigate advanced ERP system to execute inbound and outbound inventory operations
• Pull parts for job orders and sub-assemblies
• Organize, label, and put away inventory in accurate bin locations
• Ensure ERP transactions are completed timely and reflect accurate movements
• Replenish production floor with parts to maintain build schedules
• Perform detailed cycle counts and research inventory variances
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily, monthly, and annual physical counts
• Support 5S and workplace organization goals
• Tag and label materials and restock shelves and Kardex

Requirements

• High School Diploma or relevant work experience
• Inventory and warehouse experience
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, MRP, or WMS software
• Previous cycle count experience
• RF Scanner and bar-coding experience
• Forklift experience
