Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Navigate advanced ERP systems to execute inbound and outbound inventory operations
• Pull parts for job orders and sub-assemblies
• Organize, label, and put away inventory in accurate bin locations
• Perform detailed cycle counts and research inventory variances
• Maintain accurate inventory records and compute balances via reports
• Replenish production floor with parts to maintain build schedules
• Support 5S and workplace organization goals
• Process non-conforming materials in the ERP system

Requirements

• High School Diploma or relevant work experience
• Experience in inventory and warehouse environments
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, MRP, or WMS software
• Previous cycle count experience
• RF Scanner and bar-coding experience
• Forklift experience
