Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Work closely with receiving and quality control teams to unload and verify inbound inventory
• Enforce FIFO practices to ensure product quality and freshness
• Partner with departments to complete cycle counts and inventory audits
• Research and document inventory discrepancies
• Maintain optimal product inventory levels to support on-time delivery
• Follow all regulations to maintain a safe workplace while operating PIT equipment

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass internal forklift operator certification (Cherry Picker & Reach Truck)
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety protocols
• Comfort working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience working in a food-based environment
