Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute daily tasks in conjunction with the Operations team
• Assist in the cycle counting process to ensure inventory compliance
• Comply with company product storage standards and maintain physical and systematic location accuracy
• Meet or exceed inventory goals for picking, shelving, and accuracy
• Adapt to evolving processes and serve as a resource for inventory and order status
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and problem-solving work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an inventory control setting
• Experience in order fulfillment, including picking, shelving, and inbound/outbound mechanisms
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the sneaker industry
• Strong knowledge of the sneaker market and products
