Inventory Assistant

Responsibilities

• Execute and control inventories and cyclic counts at the CEDI Kiosko distribution center to ensure physical inventory parity against the ERP and accounting systems.
• Perform audits on product expiration dates to ensure compliance with First Expired, First Out (FEFO/PEPS) processes.
• Implement and ensure adherence to company safety policies and internal regulations to prevent workplace accidents.
• Manage perishable goods and maintain strict control over stock rotation.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Bachillerato concluido); a bachelor's degree is desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control and personnel management.
• Proven experience in managing perishable goods and using the PEPS (FIFO/FEFO) system.
• Knowledge of industrial safety protocols.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
