Inventory and system operator

Responsibilities

• Manage service campaign parts (recalls/service measures) by monitoring new and existing parts and aligning with local, regional, and central teams.
• Handle dealer communications regarding order processing, inquiries, and announcements.
• Monitor Z2 parts orders, including stock levels and replenishment actions.
• Manage urgent "Red-Hot VOR" orders on a daily basis, including stock status checks and order conversions.
• Perform inventory activities including monitoring sellout/scrapping status and supporting homologation parts.
• Maintain SPM system and master data, including purchase order clearing and local vendor master data.

Requirements

• Minimum B.A. degree in Engineering or Logistics.
• Proficiency in both Korean and English with persuasive communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of automotive or logistics processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive aftersales or spare parts logistics.
• Proficiency with SAP systems.
• Relevant logistics-related certifications.
