Inventory and Replenishment Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and manage time allocation for operational tasks
• Lead daily start-up meetings and share workload priorities with associates
• Monitor warehouse organization, housekeeping standards, and safety practices
• Coordinate preventive replenishment activities and monitor replenishment reports
• Monitor inventory count plan activities and tracking reports
• Support inventory organization and proper location management
• Monitor productivity, KPIs, and identify process improvement opportunities
• Support training, evaluations, and accountability for assigned associates

Requirements

• 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or fulfillment experience
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and operational reporting tools
• Flexible schedule availability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous team lead or warehouse leadership experience
• Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and handheld devices
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
