Inventory and Quality Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage Inventory and Quality teams, focusing on operational efficiency, productivity, and strict service level compliance
• Lead the team under the company culture, promoting engagement, professional development, and a positive work experience
• Analyze stock deviations, damages, and losses, defining strategic action plans with operations to mitigate failures
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and established processes to maintain a safe environment
• Monitor daily inspections and internal or regional audits to ensure adherence to work instructions and company standards

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields
• Previous leadership experience in operational logistics teams, preferably in inventory control or quality
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience with inventory management systems and data analysis for KPI tracking
• Availability to work on-site in Cajamar/SP and perform night shifts according to the established schedule
