Inventory and Logistics Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end retail logistics including warehousing, transport, systems, and third-party service providers
• Plan and coordinate operational activity across logistics and software partners
• Oversee onsite warehouse and replenishment operations during major sporting events
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including licensees and suppliers
• Lead and support the logistics team during event periods

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in retail or logistics operations (experience in sports or major events is highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Pronto or Cognos
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to hold (or obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Flexibility regarding working hours and arrangements related to event schedules
