Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Accept and receive incoming deliveries from parcel carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and Amazon
• Receive and store cylinder gas and chemical deliveries
• Perform incoming inspection checks on deliveries
• Complete receipt transactions for incoming shipments in the ERP system
• Check and report damage found on deliveries or warehouse items
• Process incoming paperwork and complete quality checks for quantity and accuracy
• Sort and stow raw materials, spare parts, equipment, and consumables
• Maintain an orderly warehouse area and stock storage locations
• Perform weekly inventory audits
• Fulfill internal requests for moves, stocking, deliveries, and shipping tasks
• Prepare and stage items for return or freight collection
• Assist with loading outbound shipments and support all logistics actions

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in inbound and outbound operations
• Experience working with Inventory Management Systems
• Experience receiving and handling hazardous materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses, safety shoes)
• Ability to work overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift operator certification
• Experience with SAGE Enterprise Resource Planning software
