Inventory and Distribution Administrator

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the national distribution of finished products to ensure service level objectives are met.
• Analyze demand and report on inventory risks using dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in physical inventory counts and theoretical vs. physical reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Manage rented pallet inventory, including client reconciliations and supplier follow-ups.
• Execute the finished product loss/damage process, coordinating documentation and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate logistical movements and ensure correct system reception and transfer of products.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory planning, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical capacity to interpret demand, inventory levels, and service levels.
• Experience managing KPIs, reports, and control dashboards.
• Solid knowledge of logistics, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
