About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all inventory-related transactions within the Glovia system
- Reconcile inventory sub-ledgers against the general ledger and investigate any variances
- Perform daily workshop walkthroughs to verify that physical WIP inventory matches system quantities
- Close work orders to ensure all costs are accurate and complete
- Execute Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all related purchase orders, goods, and services
- Prepare count sheets for physical inventory cycles and year-end audits
- Assist in reviewing monthly WIP vs. Backlog reports and coordinate with sales and project teams regarding open work orders
- Compile manual/mercury timesheet accruals, non-productive reports, and summary reports for daily and month-end closing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory-related matters during SOX and external audits
- Compile and review MES export and import documents for quarterly GST reporting
- Comply with the Oil States Industries Quality Management System
Requirements
- Minimum diploma qualification or equivalent relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in inventory control
- Basic accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proven ability to prioritize workflow effectively
