Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory reliability in the system by ensuring physical stock matches recorded values and quantities according to organizational guidelines
• Ensure all products are correctly costed by identifying, registering, and following up on finance views for new products
• Manage inventory levels by recording and reporting inventory adjustments
• Maintain scrap reliability by auditing physical scrap against the plant's system
• Verify and report that materials are located in their correct designated locations
• Adhere to the Mann Hummel Management System and maintain a culture of zero accidents and safety compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• 2 years of experience in inventory management
• 1 year of experience using SAP (specifically Controlling/CO modules)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management Systems
• Understanding of continuous improvement guidelines
