Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide support to plant logistics to ensure raw material inventory accuracy
• Monitor and analyze inventory discrepancies and performance metrics
• Ensure inventory movement transactions in management systems follow established procedures
• Lead beer destruction processes and track related invoices and government claims
• Manage plant and yard capacity for raw materials
• Act as an advanced Power BI user for tracking raw material capacities
• Utilize SAP for inventory management and data entry
• Manage 48h and weekend raw material orders
• Perform daily and monthly cycle counts
• Develop action plans to address inventory-related issues

Requirements

• University degree in progress or completed
• 1-2 years of experience in administration
• Experience with inventory reconciliation
• Strong analytical skills to understand and develop inventory discrepancies
• Proficiency in SAP
• Advanced user skills in Power BI
• Fluency in French is mandatory; English is an asset
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
