Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and inventory accuracy within the SAP ERP system for breweries and distribution centers.
• Perform monthly overnight, on-site inventory counts to reconcile the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP for month-end reporting.
• Execute daily tasks to ensure system data integrity, contributing to cost-effective supply and deployment planning.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse discrepancy reports and ensure inventory levels reflect in-transit and on-hand stock.
• Manage weekly processing of internally repacked products and analyze product sufficiency for external repack plans.
• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy, customer order fill rate, and transaction accuracy.
• Coach operators on FEFO (First Expired First Out) protocols and communicate SKU changes to frontline management.

Requirements

• Business degree or post-secondary equivalent.
• Proven experience in order management and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong background in data integrity maintenance and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
