Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods using ERP or WMS software
• Perform daily or weekly physical counts of high-value components to resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement to maintain safety stock levels and prevent stockouts
• Verify incoming materials against technical specifications
• Manage storage area layout for ergonomic and fast access to parts
• Collaborate with production leads to optimize the kitting process

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with WMS/ERP software (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
• Forklift certification
• Experience in a specialized manufacturing cell or Focus Factory environment
