Inventory Analyst - EWM

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring discrepancy patterns and perform in-depth root cause analysis for complex inventory exceptions
• Monitor inventory health to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
• Prevent material shortages by identifying overstated quantities and resolving expired or at-risk inventory
• Investigate and resolve inventory issues related to stock transfer orders across internal plants
• Prepare and present inventory reports, KPIs, and actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain Kanban systems and participate in UAT sign-off for system or process changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and supply chain processes

Requirements

• Must be a SAP-EWM subject matter expert
• Minimum of 4 years of warehouse experience or demonstrated knowledge of warehousing activities
• Experience in a medical manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Proficiency with MS Office products and ERP systems (SAP/S4 and Agile required)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently and perform extensive walking and repetitive physical motion
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
