About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory reviews using cycle counting models for all raw materials in the warehouse
- Execute cycle counts according to the established plan or schedule
- Report deviations and differences to warehouse coordinators and supervisors
- Provide support to the production department regarding inventory inaccuracies
- Supervise the correct application of FIFO (First In, First Out) to prevent raw material expiration
- Perform traceability exercises to clarify product movements within the ERP system (E1)
- Support the administration of raw materials in quarantine or specific statuses
- Request and manage inventory adjustment approvals once differences are validated
- Communicate inventory deviations such as negative differences, damaged products, or obsolescence
- Participate in Gemba meetings to present inventory issues and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in inventory or warehouse roles
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Enterprise One preferred)
- Valid D3 driver's license
- Proficiency with Handheld (HH) devices and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience operating special equipment such as stackers or electric pallet jacks
- English language level A2
- Availability and flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the medical device industry
- Technical degree in Supply Chain, Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field
