Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement projects in Material Handling, Picking Processes, Part Market Setup, KPI Implementation, and 3PL Management
• Review trends and identify root causes of problems to implement corrective actions for inventory discrepancies
• Identify optimization opportunities for both systematic and physical material movements
• Support and develop capabilities to coach inventory control teams in Receiving, Cycle Counting, and Auditing
• Utilize 10-Step Problem Solving and Six Sigma methodologies to support inventory opportunities
• Participate in the supply and demand planning process and assist in developing financial forecasts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report data
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or logistics
• Completed internship or more than 6 months of work experience in supply chain
• Proficient level MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
• Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard creation
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written English communication skills
