Invasive Cardiac Physiologist

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in invasive cardiac procedures, including angiograms, pacemaker insertions, and electrophysiology studies
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and cardiac activity during procedures
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and registration as a Cardiac Physiologist
• Proven experience as an Invasive Cardiac Physiologist
• IBHRE / BHRS accreditation (desirable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Experience in invasive cardiac procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
