About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced cardiac diagnostic procedures including pacemaker and ICD implantation, follow-ups, and troubleshooting
- Manage cardiac pacing and device programming
- Analyze complex intra-cardiac pressures
- Provide specialist advice to clinicians
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with UKAS accreditation standards
Requirements
- Degree in Clinical Physiology or equivalent
- Extensive experience in cardiac pacing and device management
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- IBHRE or BHRS accreditation
