Intracept Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve assigned sales objectives for Intracept technology
• Provide clinical and technical information to healthcare professionals and patients regarding product use
• Conduct clinical in-service training programs and educate providers in clinical settings
• Partner with facility decision-makers to ensure approved usage of products
• Manage territory inventory and sample control processes in compliance with regulations
• Navigate and educate healthcare professionals on pricing, reimbursement, and patient care pathways
• Maintain high standards of ethics and adherence to company compliance policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales or sales management experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of medical device quota-based sales experience
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience calling on hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) environments
• Understanding of med tech sales, territory management, and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an Operating Room (surgery or surgical procedure exposure)
• Prior success with new therapy introductions and radiographic imaging
• Experience with disruptive product sales and a total office approach
• Proven ability to build rapport with physician, hospital, and ASC clinical/economic decision-makers
• Experience building and maintaining physician champions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM technology
