About the role
Responsibilities
- Accompany and assist residents with daily activities (outdoor outings, help with getting up and going to bed, cleaning assistance, etc.)
- Contribute to the well-being and ensure the safety of residents
- Transmit and formalize daily information during shift changes
Requirements
- Previous experience working with the elderly is ideal
- Diploma in personal services (BEPA, Bac Pro, DEAVS) preferred
- Motivation to care for seniors in a benevolent environment
