InterQual Senior Clinical Education Consultant (RN)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and consulting for InterQual products, programs, and platforms to enhance customer workflow and business processes.
• Deliver client education on InterQual products, professional education courses, and specialized services like IQCI and IQCER.
• Collaborate with Client Learning and Development teams to update curriculum and develop new education materials, including case studies and competency exams.
• Consult with clients on InterQual education best practices and provide customized mentoring services.
• Partner with Product, Project Management, and Technical teams to provide feedback for improved software and customer experience.
• Document all education sessions to ensure accurate service tracking and organizational review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health care management field.
• Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with an active license.
• 6+ years of experience in utilization review, management, case management, or care management.
• 4+ years of experience in adult education or training, including presenting to diverse groups.
• Direct experience with InterQual Criteria.
• Experience with healthcare hospital or payer-based software.
• Ability to travel approximately 20-25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Webex, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of technical training and product details.
• Strong clinical background and critical thinking skills.
