Intern/Student Investment Management

Responsibilities

• Support the controlling of ongoing income and expenses for existing assets
• Document, coordinate, and evaluate maintenance, repair, and service provider measures
• Assist in the commercial management of SPVs, including cost tracking and revenue planning
• Create regular variance analyses for P&L, cash flow, and return developments per asset
• Maintain and develop internal tools and Excel dashboards for investment monitoring
• Support the design and development of internal reporting standards for investors
• Conduct research and benchmark analyses regarding market values, KPIs, and portfolio structures
• Prepare presentations and decision templates for the management team

Requirements

• Currently studying Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in asset-based investments, financial modeling, and operational asset management
• High level of reliability, initiative, and a solid understanding of financial contexts
