Internship Value Stream Optimization in Manufacturing (m/f/div)

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into manufacturing control and assist in the continuous optimization of processes
• Coordinate and optimize workflows to ensure materials and resources are available when needed
• Identify potential in value stream projects, design efficient process chains, and implement ideas independently
• Create essential manufacturing documents such as work plans and analyze production KPIs to support decision-making
• Actively contribute to maintaining high quality standards and coordinate logistics processes, including shipping and customs documentation

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or a comparable technical field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering or automation technology
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
• Ability to work independently, structurally, and as a reliable team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial practical experience in process optimization through previous internships or academic projects
