Internship Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional strategy projects regarding long-term direction and investment decisions
• Assist in M&A processes (buy-side and sell-side) in both national and international environments
• Contribute to company valuations and the identification of potential acquisition targets or investors
• Conduct independent company and market analyses
• Create reporting presentations, acquisition documents, and sales materials for executive management
• Support the organization and structuring of M&A processes and strategy development

Requirements

• Currently enrolled university student (Master's level) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
• Strong interest in corporate strategy, M&A, and business transactions
• Basic understanding of financial metrics and investment appraisal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good English language skills
• Strong analytical, methodical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous relevant practical experience in strategy, management consulting, auditing, investment banking, or the automotive industry
