About the role
Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional strategy projects regarding long-term direction and investment decisions
- Assist in M&A processes (buy-side and sell-side) in both national and international environments
- Contribute to company valuations and the identification of potential acquisition targets or investors
- Conduct independent company and market analyses
- Create reporting presentations, acquisition documents, and sales materials for executive management
- Gain deep insights into top-level management workflows and global business topics
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in a Master's program (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field)
- Strong interest in corporate strategy, M&A, and business transactions
- Basic understanding of financial metrics and investment calculations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good English language skills
- Strong analytical, methodical, and communication skills
- Previous relevant experience in strategy, consulting, auditing, or investment banking is a plus
