Internship Strategy and M&A

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional strategy projects regarding long-term direction and investment decisions
• Assist in M&A processes, including the development and implementation of buy-side and sell-side strategies
• Contribute to company valuations and market analyses
• Identify potential acquisition targets and investors
• Create professional presentations, reports, and acquisition documents for executive management
• Support the organization and structuring of M&A processes and strategic development

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in a Master's program (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field)
• Strong interest in corporate strategy, M&A, and business transactions
• Basic understanding of financial metrics and investment calculations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good English language skills
• Strong analytical, methodical, and communication skills
• Previous relevant experience in consulting, audit, investment banking, or the automotive industry is a plus
