REAL (Relevant, Entrepreneurial, Art-filled Learning) School takes a different approach to education. Instead of conventional lessons and rigid curricula, we foster mixed-age learning communities where education is primarily project-based. We are an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and agile TEAL organisation.

Responsibilities

• Co-design meaningful projects with learners
• Work closely with partners to create hands-on, locality-based, and community-engaged learning experiences
• Actively participate in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Seek out and act on feedback to support personal and professional growth

Requirements

• Self-starter with a self-led and self-determined mindset
• Passionate, creative, and collaborative individual
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in languages spoken by our learners is a plus
• Ability to work in an agile environment with minimal hand-holding
• Willingness to undergo child protection screening and provide an International Child Protection Certificate

Requirements

• Must be able to self-fund the internship through a third party
• Available for a 3-6 month duration between September and June
