Internship - Quality Project Management Tools and Process Improvement

Responsibilities

• Conduct an assessment of current project management processes within the Technical Direction
• Analyze existing tools (Excel, VBA, etc.) and identify optimization areas
• Propose and formalize standard processes using synoptic diagrams
• Develop or improve management tools through automation and reporting
• Explore and propose the integration of tools like Power BI and Power Automate to enhance project performance
• Interact with various project teams to understand needs and ensure solution relevance

Requirements

• Student in an engineering school or Master's level (Bac+5) with a focus on mechanics
• Affinity for Quality and IT development
• Excellent mastery of Visual Basic (VBA)
• Knowledge of Python or Power Query
• Strong analytical, formalization, and organizational skills
• Autonomy, curiosity, and initiative
