Responsibilities

Functions may be adapted to the assigned department (Reception, Guest Experience, HR, Kitchen, Service, Events, Housekeeping, Marketing, etc.):

• Support administrative and operational tasks within the department
• Provide assistance and guidance to guests ensuring luxury quality standards
• Collaborate in the coordination of internal activities and services
• Manage and update databases, documents, and reports
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization
• Support the organization and follow-up of hotel events and programs
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience
• Comply with luxury hotel procedures, policies, and service standards
• Observe and learn daily operations to develop a comprehensive view of the hospitality business
• Actively participate in internal meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Ability to formalize an internship agreement with educational institutions
• Degree relevant to the assigned department
• Interest in developing a career in the hospitality industry
• Proactive attitude and customer orientation
• Teamwork skills and effective communication
• English language proficiency is a plus
